In Aberdeen he worked in the former Christ’s College which displays a commemorative plaque to him.

Craigievar Castle

The next stop is Craigievar Castle with its traditional pink harling, and said to be the inspiration for Walt Disney’s Cinderella castle. This castle was home to the Forbes family and the seat of Clan Sempill for 350 years until 1963 when it was given to the National Trust for Scotland.
