To celebrate Universities Week 2014, which took place between the 9-15 June, Researchers from the University of Aberdeen were on hand at the Natural History Musuem in London. On the Monday and Tuesday, our Very Inhibited Proteins exhibit gave a chance to build protains and discover how deep sea exploration can help make new medicines. From Wednesday to Friday, visitors discovered the secret life of your skeleton and tips to keep their bones and joints healthy.
The University Museums in Aberdeen are hosted a new student curated exhibition at King’s Museum called Victorian Time: Spirit of the Age, they also be held student-led curatorial talks on each day of Universities Week covering topics from opium habits in the Victorian era to the Victorian’s fascination with menageries.
