Conferences

Conferences in Ethnology, Folklore, and Ethnomusicology are regularly hosted by the Elphinstone Institute.

In recent years, the Institute has organised the annual conference of the British Forum of Ethnomusicology, the European Seminar in Ethnomusicology, the International Ballad Conference, The North Atlantic Fiddle Convention conference, one early-career researcher conference, and one postgraduate conference.
