One dark and dreary winter's nicht
I bedded early an put oot the licht
My heed on the pillow, I start tae sleep
Then I dreamt that I wis a neep!

Sittin' in the park, aa weet an' dubby
Short an roon an' a little stubby
Here comes the coo tae fill her tummy
An eats ma shaws - they taste so yummy

She taks a bite, I start tae scream
Then I waken an' find it wis a dream!
