PeopleThe College is overseen by the Head of College and the College Executive:

The Head of College and the Executive are supported by the College Administration Team who undertake a wide range of supporting activities across the College and Schools:

  • College Registrar
  • Deputy College Registrar (including responsibility for supporting the Graduate School)
  • Assistant College Registrars (Research and Teaching & Learning)
  • College Administrative Officer

In addition the College Office provides additional support:

  • P.A. to Vice Principal & Head of College
  • College Secretary & General Enquiries
  • Secretary & P.A. to College Registrar
  • Secretary to The Aberdeen Institute of Energy

Each school has a School Administrative Officer who leads the administrative support with their school.  

The College also draws part of its support team from central University staff who are based in the College for part or all of their time.
