Tai Chi classes with Matthew Knight of Ruyi School of Taijiquan and Qigong.

Tai Chi is making a welcome return to our activities, starting Wednesday 27th October, 12 till 1 in Dunbar Street Hall. Tai Chi is a form of gentle Chinese exercise, focusing on posture, alignment and breathing. ‘Meditation in Motion’ practised regularly helps to reduce stress and improve physical well-being. This 8-week course is suitable for adults of all abilities.
