You have chosen to make a report and contact an adviser.
You will be presented with an eight-step form which contains a mixture of required and optional questions. We will not store any data collected in this form in our database until you submit the report.
At the end of this report you will be asked to provide contact details. This is so we can contact you to arrange a meeting with an adviser.
Please note that submitting a report does not start any complaint or disciplinary process. An adviser will talk you through available support options and you will be able to decide how you wish to proceed, including if you wish to take further action under a University complaint process.
