Cobban, Clement Lee
Biography: Son of Alexander Cobban; born Rathen, 24 March 1879. M.A., 1900. Commissioned, Royal Artillery, 1900; transferred to Indian Army, 1902. Mobilized as Captain, 43rd Erinpura Regiment, 1914. Final rank, Major. Name brought to notice of Secretary of State for War, 1916.
