Biography: Son of George Bruce; born Aberdeen, 25 August 1891. M.B., 1915; Keith Gold Medal. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., September 1915. Served - Home, 1915; Egypt, France, Salonika, Palestine, January 1916-March 1918; Salonika, April 1918- . Final rank, Captain.
