Biography: Son of John Broomhead; born Ellon, 25 July 1867. M.B., 1893. Twenty-five years previous service as Chief Surgeon and Corps Superintendent, Haslingden Ambulance Corps. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 23 October 1916. Home service, Parkfield Camp, Oswestry, 1 year. Died, 9 September 1919.
