Biography: Son of William Binnie; born Stirling, 22 April 1863. M.A., 1882; M.B., 1886. 1st Lieutenant, Medical Reserve Corps., U.S.A. Organized Base Hospital No. 28, Kansas City, 1917; served with above Hospital at Limoges and 3rd Corps, A.E.F. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel. Cited for Service.
