Biography: Son of William C. Hargrave; born Salhouse, Norfolk, 25th May 1863. M.B., C.M. 1885. R.A.M.C. Temporary Lieutenant-Colonel, Suffolk Rifles, T.F., 1916. Died 25th March 1940.
