Biography: Son of Robert S. Mansel; born East Barnet, Herts, 17 February 1868. M.B., 1894; M.D., 1896. Served with South African Field Force (Boer War), 2 years Commissioned, R.A.M.C., February 1914. Served, 1914-16.
