Biography: Son of Hugh MacQueen; born Tomatin, 30 September 1892. M.A., 1914. Private, 2/4th Gordon Highlanders, January 1915; 2nd Lieutenant, 4th Cameron Highlanders, 20 July 1915 ; transferred. Machine Gun Corps Served-Home, 1915-16, 1919; France, September 1916-October 1918. Final rank, Lieutenant.
