Biography: Son of T. A. MacKintosh; born Aberdeen, 9 September 1893. Medicine, 1920 -- Commissioned, 7th Gordon Highlanders, 10 August 1914. Invalided out, July 1915. Rejoined 2nd Garrison Battalion. Yorkshire Regiment, 7 January 1917; attached 18th Battalion Cheshire Regiment. Served-Home, France. Final rank, Acting Captain.
