Biography: Son of Angus MacKinnon; born Lochs, Stornoway, 23 April 1899. Medicine, 1920-. Private,11 th Black Watch, 19 September 1916. Served with 9th Gordon Highlanders, 4th Seaforth Highlanders Home, 1916-18 ; France, April 1918-April 1919. Final rank, Sergeant. Military Medal.
