Biography: Son of Alexander MacKenzie; born Poolewe, 2 February 1873. M.A. (I Ment.), 1894; Hutton Prize; Bain Medal. Chaplain, 4th Class, Royal Army Chaplains' Department, 14 Sep. 1916. Served-Home, 1916-17 ; France, February 1917-February 1918. Final rank, Chaplain, 4th Class Appointed Honorary Chaplain to the Forces, "in recognition of services," 22 January 1919.
