Served with, 100th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery; Artillery Liaison Officer, Royal Air Force; 208th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery. Served-Home, 1914-16; France, February 1916-January 1919. Final rank, Acting Captain. Military Cross, February 1918. Mentioned in despatches, December 1917.
