Biography: Son of William M. Lethbridge; born Mullingar, 3 March 1872. M.B., 1895. Commissioned, I.M.S., 1898. Mobilized Major. Served-Indian Frontier, Mesopotamia, 1914-18. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel. Two mentions in despatches (Mesopotamia).
