Biography: Son of P. C. Duncan; born Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, 17 May 1899. Science, 1919-20. Dublin University O.T.C., 1918; 2nd Lieutenant, 3rd Royal Irish Fusiliers, June 1918. Served-Home, France, September 1918-February 1919. Final rank, 2nd Lieutenant.
