Biography: Son of Alexander F. Dugan; born Aberdeen, 18 February 1897. Medicine, 1915-16, 1918-. A.U.O.T.C. Pioneer, Royal Engineers (Special Brigade), September 1916. Served-France, 1916-17; discharged on account of wounds, 1918. Final rank, Corporal.
