Biography: Son of William Davidson; born Mintlaw, 22 November 1885. M.B., 1908; D.P.H., 1909. War work-British Red Cross, France, 1914-15. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., January 1915. Served-Gallipoli, March-August 1915 ; France, Italy, France, September 1916-October 1918. Final rank, Captain.
