Biography: Son of Andrew Davidson; born Kennethmont, 3 February 1878. M.B., 1900. Surgeon, R.N., 1902. Mobilized, 1914. Served in-H.M.S. "Shannon," "Invincible," "Attentive" (Armed Trawlers); North Sea, August 1914-June 1915 ; H.M.S. "Grafton"; Gallipoli, Salonika, Palestine, Red Sea, June 1915-May 1918; R.N. Hospital, Plymouth, to end of War. Final rank, Surgeon-Commander.
