Biography: Son of William Kelly; born Aberdeen, 12 May 1899. Medicine, 1919-. Edinburgh University O.T.C. Enlisted, 22nd Officers' Cadet Battalion, April 1917; commissioned, 23 February 1918; posted 26th Royal Welsh Fusiliers. Served-Home, 1917-18; France, May 1918-May 1919. Final rank, 2nd Lieutenant.
