Biography: Son of William Jamieson; born Elgin, 13 April 1894. M.A. (I Class), 1920. Private, U Company, 4th Gordon Highlanders, 1913. Mobilized, August 1914. Served - France, Belgium, 4 August 1914-25 September 1915. Severely wounded. Demobilized, February 1919.
