Biography: Son of Charles J. Houlston; born Eltham, Kent, 11 April 1876. B.D., 1902. Chaplain, 4th Class, Royal Army Chaplains' Department, 27 July 1915. Served-Gallipoli, Egypt, France, 1915-16; Italy, February 1918-January 1919.
