Biography: Son of David Horn; born Airdrie, 27 August 1881. M.B., 1907 ; Lizars Medal. Captain, A.A.M.C., 1908. Mobilized Major, 5 August 1914. Served with, 4th L.H.F.A. and 15th Field Ambulance, A.A.M.C.; Egypt, 1915-16; France, 1916-17. Final rank, Lieutenant-Colonel. Mentioned, January 1917.
