Biography: Son of William Hawkins; born Lahore, 22 December 1891. M.B., 1914. A.U.O.T.C. Commissioned, R.A.M.C., 11 August 1914 ; attached Indian Cavalry. Served-France, Palestine, September 1914-May 1919. Final rank, Captain. Mentioned, March 1919. Died, 21 April 1921.
