Biography: Son of James Gordon; born Lochinver, 22 March 1899. Medicine 1916. Officer Training Corps; Cadet, Royal Garrison Artillery (Anti-aircraft Reserve Brigade), November 1917. Commissioned, April 1918. Home service, 1918. Final rank, 2nd Lieutenant.
