Biography: Son of Simon J. R. Fraser; born Cachar, Bengal, 29 August 1872. M.B., 1893 ; M.D., 1903. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., January 1916 ; attached to 11th Gloucesters; 56th Division, Royal Engineers; No. 7 Stationary Hospital. Served -Home, 1916; France, March 1916-October 1918. Final rank, Captain. Mentioned in despatches, January 1917.
