Biography: Son of John H. Fraser; born Banchory, 1 July 1891. M.A., 1911; B.Sc., 1912 ; B.Sc. (For.), 1919. Pioneer, Special Brigade, Royal Engineers, February 1916. Served-France, 3 months; Home, 2 years. Final rank, Pioneer. Disabled, transferred to H.M. Factory, Halifax, Works' Chemist, 1918-19.
