Biography: Son of C. G. Fraser; born 15 April 1899. Science, 1919-. Air Mechanic, Royal Flying Corps, April 1917; commissioned, August 1917; attached 5th Squadron. Served-Home, 10 months; France, Germany, March 1918-January 1919. Final rank, Lieutenant.
