Fraser, Allan Henry Hector
Biography: Son of George Fraser; born Strathpeffer, 13 September 1900. B.Sc. 1925; M.B., Ch.B. 1928; M.D. (Hons.) 1929; D.Sc. 1953. Private, 4th (Res.) Battalion Seaforth Highlanders, September 1918. Home service. Final rank, Private.
Served in R.A.M.C. during Second World War at home and in Africa; subsequently worked at the Rowett Research Institute before appointment as a senior lecturer in animal husbandry at University of Aberdeen.
