Biography: Son of John H. Fraser; born Banchory-Ternan 20 March 1889. M.A., 1910; M.B., 1912. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., 10 June 1916. Served-Mesopotamia, Egypt, Home, France, Germany, N. Russia, 1916-19. Final rank, Captain.
