Biography: Son of Robert B. Finlayson; born Aberdeen, 20 October 1889. M.B., 1912. Medical Officer, M.F.A. ""Peshawar"", attached to 1st Battle Squadron, Royal Navy, August-November 1914. Commissioned, R.A.M.C., January 1916. Served-Home, India, Mesopotamia, Far East. Final rank, Lieutenant.
