Biography: Son of James Ferguson; born Kingston, Jamaica, 29 April 1895. Medicine, 1914-15. Private, 9th Royal Scots, 3 August 1915; commissioned, 7th Gordon Highlanders, 9 October 1915. Served-Home, France. Final rank, 2nd Lieutenant.
