Biography: Son of William A. Cramond ; born Forgue, 7 December 1892. Arts, 1912-14. Joined R.A.M.C. (Territorial), 1st Highland Field Ambulance, January 1914. Mobilized, 5 August 1914. Served with Royal Field Artillery (Transport Section) ; Home, Egypt, Gallipoli, France, August 1914-February 1919. Final rank, Lieutenant.
