Biography: Son of Alexander Craig; born Willesden, London, 6 June 1893. M.B., 1916. Private, 4th Gordon Highlanders, September 1910; commissioned, R.A.M.C. (S.R.), August 1916. Served-Home, 1914-15; France, Salonika, Caucasus, Turkey, February 1915-December 1919. Final rank, Captain.
