Biography: Son of William Corner; born Inverness, 25 November 1893. M.B., 1916. Private, U Company, 4th Gordon Highlanders, 1912. Mobilized, August 1914. Lieutenant, R.A.M.C. (S.R.), July 1916; attached to 1st Highland Light Infantry. Served-Home, 1914-15; Belgium, February-September 1915. Resumed studies. Home, 1916; Mesopotamia, 1916-19. Final rank, Captain. O.B.E. (Mil.), 30 April 1919.
