Biography: Son of James Cooper; born Aberdeen, 29 July 1896. Medicine, 1919-. Private, 4th Gordon Highlanders, May 1914; commissioned, 10 December 1915. Served-Home, 1914-15 ; France, December 1915-July 1916. Wounded. Home, 1916-18. Italy (Assistant Director Railways, G.H.Q.), August 1918-January 1919. Final rank, Lieutenant.
