A new report 'Employee Ownership in Britain Today' has just been published. The authors are Andrew Pendleton (University of Durham Business School) and Andrew Robinson (University of Leeds Business School).
The report summarises the main forms of employee ownership, and discusses the strengths and limitations of each. It considers influences on the development of employee ownership, and identifies the various contexts in which employee ownership is currently important. It draws on early stage results of a survey of employee ownership in Britain.
