The Centre includes experts of infectious and beneficial bacteria across different Schools in the University of Aberdeen and the NHS Grampian. It is interdisciplinary involving Microbiologists, Cell Biologists, Epidemiologists, Population Geneticists, Mathematical Modellers, as well as Clinicians and Biotechnologists.

 

The Centre aims to build new collaborations and stimulate translational research, in particular in the contexts of understanding biology, bacterial-host interaction and anti-microbial resistance (AMR).
