Programme Advisory Boards (PAB)/Employer Liaison Groups, or equivalent, consist of internal and external representatives, including students and alumni, employers, and community stakeholders, and meet between 1-4 times per year. Although many groups were already in existence, this approach was formalised in 2011 as part of Curriculum Reform.  The aims of these groups are to ensure that academic Schools and Departments develop links with external representatives and provide channels to build durable employer-University relationships to establish methods of working that bring clear benefits to both parties.

These webpages are designed as an information resource, and are aimed at University of Aberdeen staff to highlight the valuable work and impact that is generated via the groups, and to act as a resource for group Convenors.
