Leadership Academy

We have now merged the STAR Award, Leadership Academy and the Aberdeen Employability Boost Award into a new skills development programme, Pathway to Success. This will open for applications on Monday, 12 September 2022. Please see the Pathway for Success website for further information. 

The Leadership Academy was a co-curricular initiative available to students at both the Aberdeen and Qatar campuses until academic year 2021-22. It enabled participants to develop their personal leadership skills and attributes. Participants attended a series of workshops around leadership, led by inspirational employers and leadership experts., and delivered through MyAberdeen. Students with any leadership experience, or no leadership experience, were invited to apply.
