The Careers and Employability Service at the University of Aberdeen is happy to work with all organisations to help you recruit our students and graduates for all types of work, including graduate-level jobs, internships, placements and part-time/casual work.

What type of role would you like to recruit for?

Graduate jobs

You can advertise graduate jobs for free on our CareerConnect system. All University of Aberdeen students are registered on this system and receive regular email alerts of new opportunities. You can also opt to send your advert(s) to other universities that we collaborate with.

Internships, placements and volunteering (ABDNConnect Programme)

The ABDNConnect Programme connects organisations with current University of Aberdeen students and graduates to assist with a defined project or a range of activities via our structured programme. Features of the programme:

  • The Careers and Employability Service will support you in your recruitment by advertising the opportunity and collating applications. 
  • Successful students can undertake the ABDNConnect Experience Programme Pathway to allow them to reflect on their experience and gain recognition on their Enhanced Transcript
  • Opportunities with a not-for-profit or charitable organisation can be voluntary.
  • Organisations can choose the length, timing, location and hours to suit their needs.

Free advertising service: internships, placements and volunteering.
 Opportunities can be advertised for free on our CareerConnect system and are easily accessible to all University of Aberdeen students, who are automatically registered on this system and receive regular email alerts of new opportunities. You can also opt to send your advert(s) to other universities that we collaborate with. Note: Applicants will apply direct to the organisation.

Part-time / casual work

You can advertise part-time/ casual work for free on our CareerConnect system. All University of Aberdeen students are registered on this sysem and receive regular email alerts of new opportunities. You can also opt to send your advert(s) to other universities that we collaborate with.
