Professor Alex Kemp OBE

Alex KempProfessor Kemp OBE is one of the foremost experts on the economics of the North Sea oil and gas industry, writing numerous publications and reports on the oil industry. He is currently Professor of Petroleum Economics and Director of Aberdeen Centre for Research in Energy Economics and Finance.  Professor Kemp previously worked for Shell, The University of Strathclyde and University of Nairobi. Dr Ndubuisi Anomelechi-Onyeodi

Dr NDubuisis Anomelechi-OnyeodiDr Anomelechi has wide ranging experience in financial services, engineering, oil and gas, IT and public sector areas as a Chartered Global Management Accountant in financial management MIS, and process-engineering. Dr Ian Heywood was a Director of the Ideas Academy Ltd, specialising in helping organisations use their internal expertise to generate new business modules. He has been Director of ‘Growing Business with Skills’ at Scottish Enterprise working with over 300 high growth companies and now delivers business presentations across the public and private sector. Dave Sherrit

Dave Sherrit has worked in organisational development for over 28 years with companies such as Elf Enterprise Caledonia Ltd, Baker Hughes, Chevron Upstream Europe, and has been joint chair of the Oil and Gas Industry Skills Forum, advising about step change for safety. Chris Matchan

Chris has worked internationally for over 20 years giving expert guidance in leadership, coaching, resourcing and talent management, change management, managing stress, enabling managers to identify deliverable solutions to tough people issues.
