Recruiting Students and Graduates

The Careers and Employability Service at the University of Aberdeen is happy to work with all organisations to help you recruit our students and graduates for all types of work, including graduate-level jobs, internships, placements and part-time/casual work.

What type of role would you like to recruit for?

Graduate jobs, internships or volunteering

Opportunities can be advertised for free on our CareerConnect system and are easily accessible to all University of Aberdeen students, who are automatically registered on this system and receive regular email alerts of new opportunities. There are also paid packages available for you to share your advert(s) with other universities in the UK.

Note: Applicants will apply direct to the organisation.

Internships, placements and volunteering (exclusive for University of Aberdeen students)

The Careers and Employability Service employer engagement team connects organisations with current University of Aberdeen students to assist with a defined project or a range of activities. We will support you in your recruitment by advertising the exclusive opportunity and collating applications. Opportunities with a not-for-profit or charitable organisation can be voluntary. Organisations can choose the length, timing, location and hours to suit their needs.

Successful students can undertake the ABDNConnect Experience Programme Pathway to allow them to reflect on their experience and gain recognition on their Enhanced Transcript
