We are delighted to bring you our first in-person alumni event in Shetland for many years.
We invite you to join us for a guided tour of the BBC Radio Shetland studios. During the tour you will be able to see where shows are broadcast from, explore some of the technical equipment used to put shows on the airwaves and hear from BBC Shetland Senior Producer, John Johnston.
We will also be joined by University of Aberdeen graduate & presenter of Radio Shetland's 'Claire & Friends', Claire White. Claire is a Shetland-based presenter, producer and food & drink ambassador and she will join us to give a very informal talk on her varied and interesting career.
The event is also an opportunity to re-engage, network, share stories and re-establish or make new connections with other University of Aberdeen alumni.
