Do you prefer chocolate or jam on your pancake? Or would you rather go for fruit or ice cream?
Come along to Baxters Highland Village in Fochabers to get some topping tips from Head Chef Kevin Hay as well as some nutritional advice from Professor Alex Johnstone of the Rowett Institute.
Kevin will demonstrate how to make different kinds of pancakes and which toppings go well with them. You’ll even get a chance to taste them!
This is an event for all the family and is open to all ages. As well as the short talk, demonstration and tastings there will be fun activities for children including a “Design Your Pancake” competition to win a prize kindly donated by Baxters.
There will also be teas and coffees available, so you can discuss with your favourite topping with fellow alumni.
As with all our events you are welcome to bring any friends and family that may wish to join you.
