In connection with the ‘From Aberdeen to Europe 2019’ series of activities that will be taking place, alumni in Berlin are invited to participate in a joint Scottish university alumni celebration from 5pm-7.30pm in the Winter Garden at the British Embassy, Wilhelmstraße 70/71, 10117 Berlin on Thursday 16 May.
The evening will begin with a welcome from Richard Lochhead MSP, Minister for Further Education, Higher Education and Science, followed by networking with representatives from over 19 Scottish Universities, including our own Alumni Engagement Officer, Chloe Bruce. This event is also a great opportunity to celebrate the relationship between Scotland and Europe, and connect with alumni who have studied at universities across Scotland, over delicious drinks and canapés.
Please note that your name will be shared with the event organisers for security purposes. On the evening itself guests will be requested to present photo-ID at the entrance to the Embassy. To avoid unnecessary delays, please avoid bringing bulky items of luggage. Visitors will be subject to routine security checks, similar to those at airports. There are no bicycle or car parking facilities at the Embassy.
With your attendance at this event you consent that your image can be used in the photo or video documentation of the event in your capacity as guest, and for photos or videos to be used in communications or marketing materials by the Connected Scotland partners hosting the event.
